Time to Get with the Program

Okay, I know that’s a bad pun, but I can’t help it if the dork shines through! I’m just the office manager here, not an expert at what all the guys I work for are doing, which is super complicated, technical things that I don’t understand. What I do know is that for a huge contract project they have coming up, we’ve got to find a good Drupal developer Sacramento as fast as humanly possible! I’ve been “headhunting” for people and shopping around for different firms for a week now, but I don’t have much time left. So what I’m going to do is next week, I’m calling in every single person I found who answered my ad and having them get interviewed by the programmers in the office who are in charge of the project. I trust them to know what they’re doing. I’m just here to make all the HR, and office things run in the background so the rest of the work goes smoothly. I hope I found them enough people to sort through to get the right one.
